Welcome to Christine Montague's  artist web site & online fine art gallery of original oil paintings & fine art nature photographs. Christine is an award winning Canadian artist  who paints realistic, representational oil paintings - portrait oil paintings, nature oil paintings, or the combinations of the two- often of a child in the landscape exploring her natural surroundings. Christine  accepts portrait oil painting commissions, adjudicating work & teaches oil painting.  Christine is also is an emerging  fine art nature photographer. In 2008 Christine had her first two solo photography shows, The Hidden Garden (Contact Toronto Photography Festival 2008) and Journey to the MIll (2008).
